Rental Terms & ConditionsRefundable Deposit: A security deposit is required for all rentals and will be held until the item is returned. If no damage or loss occurs, your full deposit will be refunded within 7–10 days of return.Damage, Loss & Theft Responsibility: Clients are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items. The deposit (and/or your payment card on file) may be used to cover repairs or replacements at full cost. Any balance exceeding the deposit must be paid promptly upon request.Tracking Measures: All items are tracked to help prevent theft and ensure safe return.Subscription Service Pause: Subscribers may pause their plan for up to 3 months in advance. Account will resume automatically unless otherwise notified.Bespoke Sourcing & Pricing: We offer personalized sourcing for items not in stock. Exact pricing will be provided upon enquiry.
